Poetry
(Swans - June 16, 2008)
Not many truly see the beauty in nature
The wonder in every sunset and rise
The simplicity in every forest
The sheer power of the ocean
The unstoppable wind
The all consuming flames
The strength and durability of the rocks
The color of blue in the sky
The shining stars at night
The full moon illuminating the darkness
The infinite cycle of life and death
Creation and destruction
The way everything balances out in the end
From the hottest deserts to the ice caps
The beautiful but deadly wolf
The innocence of the smaller prey
The spider with its fly
Too few revere what is natural
