(Swans - May 21, 2007)
We were girls, remember.
Sharing stones of hours
And heaps of working days
You'd keep playing the fool...
-
"Did he?"
The way you said it
I still can hear.
A lark you were.
He didn't -
I mean the guy with the camera...
The light's wolfing your face
And you're fading away
He caught of you
Just a sparkling reflect.
Did he?
I wish you smiled again.
