(Swans - August 1, 2011)

at the beginning.
at the beginning sky and earth were born, and the spirit was flying above dark waves.
i thought about this, looking for the first time (out of the airplane's window) icelandic primordial geysers and prairies, as then, without human figures in the gloom.
"wara hawat toh waboh" earth without shape, alone

miracle.

the gaze of argos (but to man it only costs a tear).
dog argos waits, waits for centuries, millennia: twenty years. but in the reality every day is the same, and thinks: "he (ulysses) will come back, will return, return, return."
and then argos is old and sick, lying on a dung heap, still waiting: "no, he will be back."
at the end argos saw him, it's a flash, an exchange of eyes; the waiting is over, argos vanishes.

aramaic.
even the only sound of a word, "hemar" donkey, "iqqar" root, "iq" tree...
take the sounds, put them on your knees
as at the beginning of creation.

sanskrit.
even the hero doesn't know how to ward off the pain, "na hi prapasyami mama pamdyad yac chokam"; here's what never dies, "na anyate"

in interiore homine.
from saul of tarsus (paul the apostle) to martin luther, from plato and socrates to john the evangelist, to freud and jung, to augustine of hippo: "in interiore homine habitat veritas," the truth lives inside the depth of the man, you thought it while from the garden of the nearby milan's villa came a lullaby song, "tolle lege tolle lege" (take, read, take, read) and then you did read it inside you.
